《荒村公寓》的导演罗志良此前因执导惊悚电影《异度空间》《救命》受到关注。 蔡俊的惊悚小说系列“荒村”包括《荒村客栈》《荒村公寓》《荒村归来》。三部小说共同的主人公作家郭径，因在某杂志上发表了惊险小说《荒村》，而被卷入比小说中更恐怖神秘的真实世界。在好奇心和责任心的激发下，经历九死一生，郭径最终找到了埋藏在荒村下数千年的巨大秘密。 据介绍，片中余文乐扮演郭径，张雨绮扮演一位很长时间自己都搞不清是人是鬼的神秘女性，而岳小军和傅淼则扮演一对颇有智谋的恋人，关键时候将成为男女主人公的坚强后盾。

In his new book “The Deserted Village”, young writer GUO (Shawn Yue) wrote about a curse. A man fell terminally ill and his wife Yanzi vowed to stay with her husband forever.
